Informant a police officer recorded his selfstatement in the background of the fact that on the request of Officer-in-charge, Akodhigola P.S. a raid was conducted at the house of Jamal Khan who happens to be father-in-law of Kallu Khan wherefrom, Kallu Khan @ Firoj was apprehended, looted motorcycle were recovered and then, on his pointing out places of so many persons were raided and during course thereof, from the house of Jasim Ansari, Kuldip Singh and others stolen motorcycle were recovered. He had also disclosed that he along with other associates run a syndicate whereunder stolen motorcycle are being sold to different persons after replacing the registration number as well as certain modification and further, disclosed the names of the members of the syndicate wherein name of petitioner also finds place. It is also evident that on the alleged date of recording of self-statement petitioner was already under custody relating to some other case and is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53311 of 2018 (2) dt.12-09-2018 found duly supported as per disclosure made under para-3 of the petition.
Considering the nature of the material having against the petitioner Santosh Kumar Srivastav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (T) (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018.
