The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Town P.S. Case No. 273/2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act read with Section 4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2016. It is alleged against this petitioner that one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that till date charge has not been framed in this case. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
