The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420,414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Three accused persons namely Anupam Kumar, Rajesh Kumar and Ram Janam Pal were apprehended when on their disclosure the explosives were recovered. The apprehended accused suggested the name of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly there is no recovery from the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32011 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 821 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Sasaram, Rohtas. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
