".......5. That Secretary of the Gram Katechary submitted the record of the concerned period i.e. of the year 2006-11 and on that basis calculation of the admissible dues of the petitioner was done vide Memo No. 60 dated 19.01.2017.

6. That accordingly payments to the petitioners have been made through cheque Nos. 733113 & 733114 respectively.

Xerox copies of the cheques are annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-D & E respectively to this show cause.

7. That the petitioners also received the cheques.

On perusal of the aforesaid, it is manifest that the opposite parties have carried out the direction issued by this Court and decided the claim of the petitioner with regard to payments.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, if he is aggrieved by the calculation and evaluation of the admissible dues, he may approach the appropriate forum/Court for redressal of grievance.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
