2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2017 in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 190 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of a motorcycle said to be stolen property. It is submitted that the petitioner has purchased the motorcycle from his brother-in-law Manauwar Hussain in good faith and without knowledge that the papers relating to the motorcycle was forged.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the allegation that the motorcycle in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1913 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 question said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
