JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 300/2018, for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that in the instant case there is seizure of total 58 litres of liquor. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise),
