2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S Case No. 72 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2), 420, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged against the petitioner that he made physical relation with the informant on false promise and married with the another woman.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, statement under 164, impugned order it appears that, victim and petitioner are living in physical relation since 2021 and victim also admitted in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C that both are in physical relationship with their mutual consent and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S Case No. 72 of 2023.
