This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sadar Police Station Case No. 566 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Land dispute is the reason behind the occurrence, as alleged in the First Information Report.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation against all the accused persons is general and omnibus. It has also been argued that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Co-accused Vickky Bhawal has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17659 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order, dated 15.01.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 2012 of 2019. Considering the above submission and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 566 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
