JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S. case no. 268 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are the Pattidars. He further submits that there is land dispute and on account of land dispute there is case and counter case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.07.2018.
Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each after 21.10.2018 to the
