1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of writ of certiorari or appropriate writs for directing and commanding to the respondents to make payment of differences amount of 1st and second A.C.P., with effect from 09.09.1999 to 31.03.2010, differences amount of 6th pay revision

Patna High Court CWJC No.4871 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 with effect from 01.04.10 to 30.09.2011, differences amount of 6th pay revision with effect from 01.04.10 to 30.09.2011, differences amount of dearness allowance with effect from 01.07.2010 to 30.06.14, differences amount of dues salary, dearness and medial allowance with effect from 01.11.04 to 31.08.06, differences amount of seventh pay revision with effect from 01.08.2018 to 30.06.2019 with statutory interest which the executive officer, Nutan Rajdhani Anchal has sanctioned, but till the date the same has not been paid to the petitioner and for directing the respondents to make payment of the entire dues amount to the petitioner with statutory interest."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
