2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.351 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 20(B)II(B), 18(C), 21(B), 23(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., 912 gm of hashish, 216 gm of brown sugar is said to have been recovered.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2024 and he has five criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of regular
