It would appear from perusal of the report of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (west), Muzaffarpur that provisional bail granted to the petitioner is being extended by him in anticipation of compromise between the parties. It has also been reported that the petitioner as well as opposite party no.2 are leading their married life happily and peacefully. If it is so, learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (west), Muzaffarpur must confirm provisional bail granted to the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 524 of 2010 without any delay but if relation between the parties is still not cordial, learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (west), Muzaffarpur must pass final order.

Accordingly, this matter stands disposed of.
