JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-03-2021 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22536 of 2020 with the direction to surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner could not surrender within the time granted by this Court and as such he prays that the time of surrender may be extended.

Considering the reasons assigned in the present application, the prayer is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender within 15 days from the date of communication of this order.

The order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22259 of 2021(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 22536 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. The other part of the said order shall remain intact. With the aforesaid, the present application stands allowed and disposed of.
