JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 03.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have given blow on the hand of the grandfather of the informant and petitioner also sustained head injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
