Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. case No. 122 of 2017 for the offence under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the petitioner was remanded on 17.3.2018 but till date he has not been put on TIP although the case was registered against unknown. He submits that other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15127 of 2018 vide order dated 21.3.2018 and in Cr. Misc. No. 12341 of 2018 vide order dated 02.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54779 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1630 of 2017).
