2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Terhagachh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2009.

3. This Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2019 in respect of the FIR which has been instituted as far back as in the year 2009. The petitioners have not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of their arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
