2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 10 of 2002 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of having participated in a road side dacoity. He is in jail since 12.12.2023.

4. As this is a case of the year 2002 and the petitioner is an absconder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
