The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are father, brother and maternal uncle of the deceased. After recovery of the dead body of the deceased the Chowkidar lodged a case against unknown. But, during the course of investigation it has come that the mother of Rakhi Raj had gone to Delhi about 4-5 days ago. Her father, brother and maternal uncle, the petitioners are alleged to have taken her to Rajoun hospital, but it appears that the dead body of the deceased was found on a track from where the police recovered the dead body. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32832 of 2015 (4) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 have thrown the dead body of the deceased on railway track. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
