Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34, 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Wife of this petitioner died in unnatural circumstances and the suspicion against the petitioner is that petitioner has committed murder.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that case diary would reveal that the witnesses of the family including the children of the deceased have stated that in fact the victim had taken some wrong medicine which caused death due to reaction.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62589 of 2017 (3) dt.17-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepura Police Station Case No.346 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
