Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 447, 452, 504, 506, 307, 323, 379, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner seems to be a hired person to take possession of the assets of the company. He along with 20-25 unknown persons assaulted the prosecution side and caused injuries. This act on the part of such people will give bad name of the State.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this is not a fit case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28604 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by this Court. The regular bail application of the petitioner shall be considered by the court below keeping in view the fact that the occurrence took place on account of the business dispute.
