2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 4, the District Education Officer, Sitamarhi for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.5505 of 2022(3) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. Respondent no. 4 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
