The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 2.3.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in Cr. Revision No. 60 of 2015 under section 205 of the Cr.P.C.

The matter dates back to 2015 and lots of water may have fallen down the ganges and the same must have become infructuous.
