Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2018. In the past, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by order dated 28.08.2018 vide Annexure-1 with direction to the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial.

Report of the learned trial Judge dated 02.05.2019, would reveal that after framing of the charges only one prosecution witness has been examined up-till-now. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner as under trial prisoner and chances of non-conclusion

No.17656 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 of trial in near future as well as considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 660 of 2018 arising out of Pandarak Police Station Case No. 65 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
