JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.309 of 2013 registered under sections 498A, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that the victim girl Soni Kumari has become traceless when she had gone to Allabahad along with accused persons including the petitioner for taking holy dip in Sangam on the occasion of Maha-Kumbha.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.1 is elder brother of husband of the victim, whereas petitioner no.2 is son of sister of husband of husband of victim. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely Shashi Bhushan Gupta and Sumit Kuamr @ Gunjan are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender, in connection with Madhepura
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33520 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 P.S. Case No.309 of 2013, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
