JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.04.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 414, 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and one Manish Thakur were intercepted by the police while they were going on a motorcycle. The motorcycle was being driven by co-accused, Manish Thakur whereas petitioner was pillion rider. Several instruments and other incriminating articles were recovered from possession of coaccused, Manish Thakur. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that some fake notes were recovered from his conscious possession. The informant claims that Manish Thakur confessed

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and as a matter of fact, he took lift from co-accused, Manish Thakur and the aforesaid co-accused was not known to the petitioner prior to present occurrence.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016.
