Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The only allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others went near the house of the informant and made indiscriminate firings and also abused the informant and his family members but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to institution of the present case, brother of the informant was assaulted by the prosecution party for which Kahalgaon P.S. Case no. 357/2015 was registered and the present case is nothing but offshoot of the above stated Kahalgaon P.S. Case no. 357/2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
