Prayer is for correction of Police Station Case No. in the order dated 09.10.2018, whereby petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil Police Station Case No.95 of 2018.

The Police Station Case No. has wrongly been typed as Muffasil Police Station Case No.92 of 2018 in the last paragraph of the aforesaid order. The error is typographical one. Hence, the same be corrected.

The time for furnishing bail bond is extended for further four weeks from today.

Let it be communicated to the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
