The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No.38 of 2022, P.R. No.11 of 2022 for offences under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 19.01.2022 and he has clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Court, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise Case No.38 of 2022, P.R. No.11 of 2022.
