2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(3), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. It is alleged by the informant that all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and her family members with iron-rod and spade. Petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have snatched the earring of the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the specific allegations of assault on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28029 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 head of the informant by means of Kudal is against co-accused Mantu Mahto. It is further submitted that the doctor has found the injuries, sustained by the injured, to be simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1, Bikarmganj, Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 20205, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
