The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 708 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Considering the fact that 500 grams of opium has been recovered from possession of this petitioner along with one motorcycle, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner as the recovered opium is much more than the small
