JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Victim stated the name of petitioner as well as one Japan Pandit making allegation against them that both the above stated persons kidnapped her and, subsequently, she was kept confined by co-accused Japan Pandit, who was pressurizing her to solemnize marriage with him. Having more or less similar allegation, the aforesaid co-accused Japan Pandit has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9723 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25239 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of VIIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gaya in connection with Mofassil P.S.Case No. 323 of 2015, giving rise to S.Tr. No.28 of 2016/55 of 2016.
