JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. The accusation is kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. The victim is still traceless. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Laukahi P.S.
