JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47878 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner and others is of surrounding the son of informant and firing on him causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in judicial custody since 12.12.2017 and no specific allegation of firing has been attributed to the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
