The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 372, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that the petitioner and others kidnapped Sanju Kumari and Janki Kumari. It is submitted that the petitioner has already solemnized marriage with the victim and the victim is living with him. The victim gave birth to two children.
Learned counsel for the victim has submitted that Sanju Kumari @ Fareen Khatoon is present in Court and she disclosed that she solemnized marriage with the petitioner and living with him as his wife.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34079 of 2015 (4) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jogbani P.S.
