The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-25(1-b)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case, in short, is that owner of Satyam Brick kiln was shot by the accused persons as a result of which, he sustained fire-arms injury.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23-10-2018. One country-made pistol with a cartridge is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Case No. 446 of 2018.
