The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that on the order of Sitaram Kamat and Ramanand Kamat the petitioner Laxman Kamat assaulted the informant Rambahadur Kamat with Pharsa. Three injuries are found on the person of Rambahadur Kamat out of which one injury is found on left ulna which is opined to be grievous in nature.
It is submitted that Laxman Kamat got as many as six injuries. It is further submitted that the petitioner was brutally

Of course, there is case and counter case, but there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted Rambahadur Kamat causing one grievous injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
