This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 103/2015, disclosing offences under Sections 406/418 of the Indian Penal Code.
This anticipatory bail application arises out of a complaint case.
Learned counsel for the complainant states that till date no warrant of arrest has been issued.
In view of the fact that this anticipatory bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35326 of 2015 (3) dt.03-02-2016 application arises out of a complaint case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised, in terms of the decision of this Court in the case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & ors. v. the State of Bihar & anr., reported in 2015(3) PLJR 806. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be decided on the same day.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
