The case is registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Brahmpur (Chakiki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 688 of 2021.

A girl who had a dream in her eyes of being a part of the Indian Army has lost one of her eye and battled for life in the hospital. This is how the story unfolds in the present FIR in which according to the prosecution story one Sudarshan Paswan lodged FIR alleging that on 12.11.2021, his daughter left her house at around 4 am in the morning for daily walk and

No.19213 of 2022(3) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 while returning she was stabbed by the accused persons with an intention to kill her on the spot, but on her cry, the informant's wife ran towards the daughter. The informant too rushed towards her daughter but the accuseds managed to run away from the spot. Thereafter, the informant with the help of her wife and local villagers took her to the Sadar Hospital, Buxar for immediate treatment.

In this case, case diary was called for on 2.8.2022 which has since been received and one of the paragraph-93 which is hand written statement of the victim girl narrates her pain and agony. The injury report has come in para-108 which shows how mercilessly the victim girl was assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner herein named by her. Considering the allegation that has been attributed against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him any relief and the bail application is hereby rejected.
