27.11.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the private Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 04.07.2014 passed in A.B.P. No. 2774 of 2014 by Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014.

Considering the report of the Trial Court that now charges have been framed, I see no reason for canceling the bail of the private Opposite Party No. 2.

Since it is a serious matter, the Application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Civil Court who shall make a due inquiry with regard to the activities of the private opposite Party No. 2 if it so desires his convenience.
