Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-384, 387& other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they created disturbance in Panchayat Election and torn ballot papers as also, damaged the government property and furthermore, threatened to kill the informant, who was working as Presiding Officer at the relevant time. Submission on behalf of petitioners is that petitioners are voters and as a matter of fact, they had gone to cast their votes but they have also been implicated in this case. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Case No. 72 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani.
