2. The petitioner was removed from service by the order of the District Magistrate-cum-coordinator of District MANREGA Programme, Jamui dated 16.01.2019 contained in Memo No. 65. The charge against the petitioner is of instituting a fresh inquiry for the purposes of saving delinquent employees when she was only asked

Patna High Court CWJC No.6905 of 2019 dt.29-04-2019 2/2 to give her report about the functioning of the employees in a particular area.

3. The petitioner was asked for her explanation which she gave but such explanation was not found to be worthy of reliance and such punishment of removal from service was slapped upon her by the order impugned.

4. Against the aforesaid order, it appears that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar on 25.01.2019. It is expected that such appeal preferred by the petitioner would be disposed of within a reasonable period preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
