2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Radha Raman assaulted son of the informant, pressed his neck and took gold chain worth Rs.6000/- and cash Rs.3000/-.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics and enmity. Petitioner and informant are co-villagers and present case is counter blast of Sare Police Station Case No. 54 of 2015 lodged by the petitioner against the informant. There is no injury report on the record. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in Sare Police Station Case No. 55 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
