2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 76 of 2024 arising out of Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 201 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. During investigation it has come that the victim girl has left the house of her own. Earlier also she had left the house of her own and had returned. The petitioner is in jail since 08.09.2023.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21177 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trial.
