Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. After two months of occurrence on the basis of information supplied by the spy of the police, name of the petitioner surfaced and thereafter the petitioner was arrested and confession was recorded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
