The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown persons entered into the house of the informant and on the point of pistol taken away Rs.30,000/- cash, golden and silver ornament and documents. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 5.9.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on the confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody from 5.9.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. case No.258 of 2018.
