JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and two others of opening fire on deceased, I am not incline to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 245 of 2015, pending in the Court of Smt. Ritu Kumari, J.M.1st Class, Patna stands rejected.
