Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. case No. 239 of 2017 for the offence under sections 379 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he offered a cup of tea to the informant and thereafter he became unconscious and when he regained unconscious he found Rs. 45000/- was missing. He believed that someone took away the money by administering intoxicant.
The petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case charge-sheet has already been submitted but
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54805 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 petitioner was not put on TIP.
Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 21.5. 2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.10.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Railway, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni Rail P.S.
