The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 34, and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2023 and there is a recovery of 520 liters of spirit.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery
