The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant-wife of the petitioner filed Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 124/2013 under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act for the same occurrence. The petitioner has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail in the aforementioned case vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12830/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37139 of 2014 (3) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 538/2013 (T.R. No. 2010/2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
