This is an application for bail in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No. 196 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 400, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that police raided the place of occurrence on the information of preparation of dacoity and seeing the police party the accused persons fled away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no recovery has been made from possession of petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody since 23.8.2017.

No.55018 of 2017 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-III-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (West), in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
